I have a dream...   

 

Think about that: You start your console and get an update message.

If you then downloaded it and start the game then you has an menu entry where you can make feedback.(or like in Multiplayer there you  see Message when theres special event)

But i think about that Bioware makes there an survey where they ask Questions.

Like: What do you think we should change A: Battle system B:Crafting C:Story D: Other

Then you make the answer... Step by step they can work for the improvements

 

The point is:

1. Reach the Players with the message
2. Get the most important answers
3. They can work with that answers
4. They can make other surveys when work improved
5. Bioware has less work with it and find out the most useful
6. Gamers are satisfied that it reaches Bioware
7. The chance that the players ideas come through is bigger
8. Everyone profits
9. Player and Bioware working together more deeply

yeah you know what i am trying to say... 

 

For PC gamers there must be an similiar way then.
