I bought Dragon Age:Origins through Origin, and I use the exact same e-mail/password combo for both Origin and BioWare Social Network. When I try to register my game on BSN using the product code provided by Origin, it tells me that said code is invalid. Earlier today I contacted someone from EA's customer service. They informed me that my game should have been automatically linked to BSN when I signed up. If that's the case, why doesn't my Dragon Age:Origins game appear under the tab "Your registered game content"? When I go to that page, the table is completely blank. Moreover, I cannot access my Dragon Age:Origins characters when I visit the Dragon Age Keep. The Dragon Age Keep definitely recognizes my Origin account, though. I know this because, when I log onto the Keep, it displays my Origin username and avatar. So what's up with that?

 

Is anyone else having a similar problem? I would appreciate any feedback or tips you can give me! Thanks for your time

The keep not getting your characters is independent of that. It's a bit hit and miss syncing them

 

head to your profile and look under my games. It should show you have DA:O

 

the old bsn with registered games content no-longer works

Thank you for responding, Kantr! You mean my BSN profile, right? I'm sorry if I misunderstood, but I can't seem to find one for Keep. Anyway. Under the Games section of my BSN profile (where it says "Games Registered to Makitchi") there is nothing. Dragon Age:Origins is not listed. Similarly, the table found under "Your registered game content" is empty.
