But seriously, considering the only thing my Warden really cares about is Alistair, she fears not ending the calling in time. So a ghoul Alistair would most likely be her fearling.

My Dalish Warden would see a thousand ghouls and they all look like Tamlen.

My Warden would see the dead bodies of her friends and family, during the nightmare quest, and I hated that my inqusitor was afraid of spiders since she is not she is much like Solas in this regard. If you feed them they won't bother you just like cats lol
Oh and my elf warden's that are my city elf with my Dalish was Alastair and Zevran Gouls fourm along with Temaln goul forum.
it's because of what happened at the start of the game, when she's chased by them before passing out. That whole event scarred her since we seek out to restore her memory during that quest.

Hmm. this is interesting to think about.
Mahariel: His clanmates as blighted twisted ghouls as Tamlen was.
Brosca: The fear of having no control. He left Orzammar with fear of how things would end with his loved ones and him having no control over that, so that.
Tabris: It had already come true with the purge and the shipment of his family and community sent off to Tevinter.
Cousland: Betrayal. It cost him Dairren, his family, and the wardens.
Surana: Abandonment. So soon did he find kinship and love only to fear having it taken away from it.
Amell: Darkness. To the tower he was taken, and in the tower he feared he'd die.
Aeducan: Tradition. It has taken his brother and his father. He will not let it take Orzammar either.

My Amell would see the corrupted, brainwashed templars from the Broken Circle quest, since the minor fears are all enemies you can actually fight. Having to kill people she knew from before, even if they were templars, made her sick to her stomach.

Two 'canon' Wardens for me:
As others said before, Mahariel would probably see Zevran, possibly becoming a ghoul or the Antivan Crows finally catching up to him and slitting his throat. Either way, his greatest fear would be failing someone he cared about, just like he feels he did in Tamlen's case.
Elissa Cousland: Alistair and she succumbing to the Calling, unable to grow old together.

Warden (Dalish): his own people (not that he fears them as such, just worries that they are a dying breed).
Hawke: I imagine she sees blood-mages. She was actually fairly pro-mage, even more so than myself, but blood-mages have tested more than anyone else she's ever faced.

Dwarf Noble: Broobmothers

Dalish Elf: Talem's face as a ghoul, and Zevran dying a slow painful death and she not being anything to about it
Surana: Zevran being killed right in front of her, in the most horrible ways possible
Tabris: Shiannie turning into a Shriek along with the rest of her alienage. Them all calling her name as she was forced to kill them. Alistair as a ghoul.
Male Amell: Morrigan and his son being tortured in horrible forms, both sweetly calling his name as he was forced to kill them.
