It looks nice, but 30fps in a racing game, to me, is not acceptable. IMO, racing games and shooters should always be 60fps. Gameplay>Graphics. And really, when you look at Destiny, which runs at 30fps, and compare it to Battlefield 4 and Wolfenstein, which both run at twice the frame rate and manage to look just as good, or even better in the case of BF4, there's really no excuse.

Could be an engine issue as far as Destiny is. I don't know why some games can push 60 FPS and why others stick to 30 FPS. May be a decision during production that 60 FPS isn't necessary for a good gameplay experience. As someone who doesn't care about frame rate I honestly don't care what you're running at as long as you're not dropping to utterly unplayable levels.

I'll probably pick up Witcher 3 when it comes out, but I haven't played any of the previous installments in the franchise. Not sure if that will make it a deal breaker.

Fair enough. I don't think every genre needs 60fps. But for games that require fast reflexes or games that are trying to simulate real world conditions, such as driving a car, I think it makes a significant difference.
