Hi I received an email with a code for the Terminus Armor and the email instructed me redeem it online. Whomever sent me this email or designed it is retarded, because they made me waste the code on a version of the game i don't have. I got the DLC for the PC version of Mass Effect 2.

Is their anyway I can get a new code? I have the order confirmation and everything, and EA Customer Support doesn't seem like they want to answer any of my emails.
