Elcor?! Ha! They don't even have hands! How "master race" can they be?
at least they are better than the Asari. At least they haven't produce a creepier like Liara.

The games want to tell us that the Asari are the most advanced, that they're the 'apex' of civilization in Shepard's cycle.
The third game wants to tell us that the Asari got tech from the Protheans and that's why they're the most advanced.
Only the evidence does not support the assertions.
They aren't. Really, they are not. Do they use prothean style particle weapons? No, they do not. They use the same mass effect weapons as every other race. Do they have ships that are amazingly better than the others? No, they do not. Even 'silaris' armoring is a recent development.
Are their biotic amps more developed and advanced than the other races? No. No they are not, as witnessed by the side quest in Mass Effect 3 where they're adapting human-designed amps for their huntresses.
Is there anything they're more advanced at than the rest of the galaxy?
No. Their economy is bigger, sure, but that's what happens when you have a planet saturated in eezo and corporations where the owners are in charge for hundreds of years thus assuring continuity of operations.
Asari Master Race? Don't even go there. They're not any more advanced than the rest of the galaxy, either because they're just not working at it or because they're sharing their technology freely.

Asari are empirically the lamest species in the Mass Effect universe.
Everyone knows Humans are the master race. Go Terra Firma!
