I am so intrigued by this spirit in the water, does anyone know who it is? Is it the actual original spirit of Mythal or another of the Elven Gods?

I think it's Mythal/Flemeth

I would love to know also. It was mentioned that she wasn't an elf because of (sigh) her ears. Could it be Andraste or is that way off. I would die, like in real life if that was the case. Her ashes are still away off somewhere or being passed out in bags. This makes me despair greatly.

Im thinking its like a piece of mythal. maybe that's how mythal looks and in the well that piece could have been a one time last resort defense to protect whoever drunk from the well.

Yeah, this is starting to be too much like Lost. What is the Smoke Monster? It makes mechanical noises when it moves. I can't wait to find out. Bioware put odds and ends in the game just to create mystery I think. Who is the water spirit lady? Whoever you want her to be I would guess.

I think a dev said somewhere it's Mythal and that it wasn't supposed to be seen up close enough for the ears or that it was a mistake or...something. I swear I heard that.

Yeah I thought this as well. That they went to the trouble to include it and show the figure going through the Eluvian seems it will be a part of any upcoming DLC
