So can men... Seems to me every group who feels disadvantaged at some point can play the victim. You could say she would have been convicted if she were black. Or if she were a muslim. Or obese. Or ugly. There are a lot of potential factors that can help or complicate one's chances to get away with something. I don't think this particular case lends itself so well for women vs. men, though, or for the claim that women like to play the victim.

Oh, I see. So that's what your long post on double standards was about? Boys apparently not being allowed to join the game a group of girls are playing, while girls can join a boy game? Real abuse of power right there. Dictators can learn something from that.

ok so 1st thing

Yeah i agree almost every one online is a whiny git. regardless of gender race and religion.

but the fact is she got away from haveing sex whith a child. dosnt matter the genders. sex whith a minor is a crime.

2.

that was a joke. look up about 90% of my posts.

the point was that how you pee is and should not be an advantage.

I'll make this simple case for why this is not a crime, but if the genders were reversed, it would be. Say in that very classroom, an anonymous yes or no vote were taken. The decision the vote concerns is whether the female teacher will sleep with a randomly chosen boy in the class. Only the boys vote. Obviously, most, but not all of these young men are going to be straight, still the result of that vote will without question be 'yes'.

Reversed, the vote will just as assuredly be 'no'. In fact, if the teacher were a man, and both sexes were included in the vote and the result (sleeping with the teacher), the vote would still be no. I'll admit, if the teacher were female and both sexes were included in the vote and the result, the vote would become infinitely more difficult to predict, but that proves the point. Sex IS very different for women than for men, regardless of orientation. Equality and sameness are not the same thing.

Regardless of the teacher's gender, a teenaged female, of any orientation, that engages in sexual conduct with a teacher, willingly or otherwise, has a better chance than not of enduring traumatic emotional scarring. For a teenaged male, the likelihood is considerably diminished If the the boy does so willingly and the teacher is of his preferred orientation.

Your reffereing to how men perceve memmory of events regarding women.

thats how we got that fluff 1 in 5 BS. when if i recall in 2014 the figures are about 1 in47 to 49  to 1 in 70 for men.

i dont have the exact figures.

I will post this on every America hating thread (or even enhance it).

Well USA should be compared with Brazil, China and Russia, not with Denmark and Sweden. Because population and extent are big factors here.

For example in Brazil things are much worse than USA (You already know about China and Russia):

Brazil Hell Yeah!

I wish the anti-USA things appearing in threads like these could consist of useless memes as well.

*Warning,link shows extreme police brutality*.www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-0uqFTBclo

One, three, five events like this.. you'd skip with " huh, well, that's fubar"  When goddamned YOUTUBE VIDEOS of this stuff are becoming commonplace, it makes an awesome moment to start wondering.

It sounds like for the female side, you're including consent and non-consent, while for the male side you're only including consent.

Of course it will be more traumatic and emotionally scarring, it's rape, compared to it not being rape (not talking about statuary here).

bs. A teacher having sex with their student is a crime, gender means nothing at all. This women should have been imprisoned and she would have been if she was male. That is the issue. This is very common and it's frankly bs. A crime is a crime.

I imagine statuary rape would be more traumatic for the rapist than the statuary.

I always misspell that word.

Edit: You never know, though, there are people who're into that kind of thing. Statues, cars, planes, helicopters...well. Just...well.

" Nice"

Justice isn't same for different people  in US.
Wealth, position,  fame, race, charisma and gender dictate how illegal your act was, not the act itself.
