Statutes are never particularly accurate to what they depict. Often, they are meant to be stylised, rather than accurate, anyway. I wouldn't use that as confirmation as to what Desire demons look like in the Frostbite 3 engine and/or in future Dragon Age games.

The closest i have ever seen to a Desire Demon is Imshael, a mage that stole Anders clothes from DA2, but he never reveals his true form.

I don't think they would have desire demon statues in the fade really. It's probably just one more weird demonic looking statue that's in the fade.

nipples are slited, you can even make out the blood pattern, not eroded like mythal statues

Actually, going from what I can actually see, the statue seems to depict the flesh around her stomach as flayed off and various patterns carved into her skin.
Well, if they go full Cenobite with the desire demons, that won't be too bad.

I hope to see the Desire Demons in a DLC 1 day just like the Darkspawns because all i saw was Hurlocks in this game and that's about it.

I got to say the first thing I noticed on that statue of the supposed changes wasn't the nipples, it was, to me, the much more mannish face. Look at that square jaw.
