I believe you must mean Sera.
She definitely did not seem to want me to drink from it. (I had maximum favour at the time, so I probably could have taken the hit, if I needed to.)

Yeah if you do... she aims an arrow at your face back at Skyhold.
Oh I always have maximum favour.. I just feel really shitty and guilty if I do something she disapproves of. It's annoying. I tried not recruiting her on one playthrough... but I just couldn't do it.
