It is for those ^^^ two possible reasons why I haven't promoted my Level 20's yet.

 

Because I'm a scrub who largely just DAMPs on the weekend, so it takes me a while to get to 20. I allllmost promoted last weekend, then thought better of it. See what this weekend is about first and, if safe, gonna blow a load of 'em.

Yep, two of mine at are 20 (and the other 10 are at 19).

I'm going with the promotions weekend theory.

Donuts are traditionally round. Promotions keeps the cycle going from 20 to 1 and back to 20 again.

I feel no remorse - if it was fennec then that would be a different story but those bloody nugs are fair game!
