I'm one of those people that has rarely had problems with the Keep. However, yesterday afternoon, around 1pm-ish (EST), the site crashed and booted me out as I was in a creative whirlwind of making up multiple alternate world states for a few new Inquisitors, and I got that "OOPS! An error occurred" pop-up. I could not log back on at all for several hours. (I use Google Chrome on my laptop, BTW.) When I could, I could access the world states section, and load various world states in the Taperstry, but anything else resulted in the same OOPS! pop-up. I eventually tried on my PS4 browser, and I was able to create/edit some world states.
However, I noticed that my previous world states were using the default Wardens and Hawkes, and not my customized versions. (I also noticed this with the Playthrough States, though I haven't touched those for fear of screwing everything up.) I went back and fixed this on the ones I have already uploaded and have playthroughs running on (I have about 6 going on at once, I like to switch between multiple characters for variety), but the one I was trying to create and upload continually reverted to the default Theron Mahariel no matter how many times I changed it to my custom Dalish male Warden, and back to the default Hawke first name instead of my custom name. I tried uploading to the world state immediately after correcting this, and though on the Keep, it seems to have been successful, when i tried to sync with the game, the game says it detects no custom world state. I checked back on the Keep, and my custom Warden & Hawke have reverted BACK to the defaults AGAIN.
And I'm still experiencing the same problems when using Google Chrome this morning.
