Hi there,

 

I'm a great fan of DA:O and played it like 4-5 times already. What bothers me is that especially some interesting characters ( for example Morrigan+ Sten) don't have really much dialogue lines. They also don't get many new dialogue when you raise their approval.

 

I think this I quite a shame, as there are many mods which expand the length of the game itself. I really like to go to camp after a quest and talk to my companions, but quite fast there isn't more to talk about it.  Are there also any mods which give you some extra dialogue?

 

I hope you can help me (and please, please excuse my English)!

There are several mods like that, check out http://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage

One that jumps to mind for me is the Morrigan Restoration Patch ( http://www.nexusmods...age/mods/1120/?). It restores some cut content with Morrigan.

Thanks, but I already have the mod you posted + Dialogue tweaks (http://www.nexusmods...nage/mods/336/?) installed. I really enjoyed using them, but their main goal is to fix bugs or making some dialogue choices repeatable (like Leliana's song of mourning), but not adding new content. Isn't there really no mod which adds additional dialogue? It's hard to imagine, as there is a mod for nearly anything 

 

 

Edit: Really, they have even some "porn like" sex scenes on this site. I was really like WTF when I saw it. Who the hell uses this and who takes the effort to make a mod like this?  Nevermind, I think it's a little ... creepy.

Sten gets more dialogue as you use him in the game, at some points in the game he will stop you and ask about what is going on. Your plan and so on. He also has comments about children in Denerim, the Chantry in Redcliffe and so on. So you can discuss the Qun with him. It doesn't always trigger, but if you have the improved atmosphere mod, or atleast the dialogue part change of it. That will force every companion to share their comment, instead of just one of 3 sharing it. Unlocks some dialogue for Sten atleast.

 

Other than that you can try a mod called Zevran dialogue fixes, it has fixes for more than one companion, i am not sure if it is compatible with dialogue tweaks though.There is also a quite extensive bug fix patch that restores and fixes dialogue http://social.biowar...m/project/2563/it might conflict with other mods yet again. Hope some of this helps atleast, not sure if it is exactly what you are looking for, but has made my playthroughs more enjoyable.

 

And yes there are alot of dirty mods out there, if Dragon Age shocks you then you should check out Skyrim. Some of the most downloaded mods for DA:O is the nudemods , which is scary in some ways.

Originally I was looking for "fan-made dialogue" for your party. I was thinking this might exist, as there are certain mods with fully voiced new quest lines and for example the alternate ME 3 ending also is fully voiced.

For that i only know of the Ser Gilmore mod. Adds Gilmore as a party member, he is a fully voiced npc and fairly well done, you can romance him etc. Did not know about the Mass Effect 3 thing! I will find check that out before next playthrough.

The ZDF is compatible with Dialogue Tweaks. It can work well with Improved Atmosphere, but there are some changes that need to be made. They are listed in the documentation.

I love the ZDF very much. That and Dialogue Tweaks are essential for me.
