No. Flemeth gives you a very short mission to go find and tame another dragon.

If the Inquisitor drinks from the Well of Sorrows, you are given a mission by Flemeth to get some help.

You call out to her at a statue, a dragon appears, you damage it enough to weaken it, use magic type stuff to make it join your side, and then it helps out in the battle against Cory Matthews(Topanga not present).

I wish the Inquisitor could turn into a dragon. I wonder if there's a reason you can't beyond the many, many gameplay reasons.

My inky had eaten before diving in the well. He got a cramp. Next time I will wait or let Morrigan go instead.
