We're still working on it, btw. Digging up code, squinting at pointers, rubbing our chins thoughtfully -- that sort of thing. Hopefully we'll have more news soon.

Nice. I was starting to think the problem was in my end ![]()
Well, no worries then. I am gonna play a bit more of DAI in the meantime.

We need some help from our friends at Failbetter to help investigate this. Sorry, but it's going to take a little more time.

Got it twice.
First time, in keep I clicked the back arrow when selecting my weakness. When I tried to play again, by pressing the button, it refused to work, giving me that runtime error.
Second time, I tried the Last Court's site after Keep refused to work, and it worked perfectly until I encountered the Bard on my first card hand after the tutorial. I clicked the option stating Carver as a Warden, then suddenly I got a message telling me I had been inactive and logged me out. When I attempt to log back in by clicking the "Log In" button, I get the error on the Last Court site as well. Now neither works.
I use Chrome.

Good news: we've found the problem, and we're investigating the cause so that we can stop it from happening. Basically, for every Origin account (the account that you use to log in to DAI, or to the Keep) there should be one Last Court account (this is a behind-the-scenes account, and should be unique for every player. You can have multiple characters per player, but only one Last Court player account per Origin account). Somehow, multiple Last Court accounts have been created for a handful of users.
We're still investigating the nature of these extra accounts, as well as potential fixes for affected users.
More info as it comes...

Okey doke, folks. We've deployed a potential fix for this issue. If you were previously experiencing this issue, could you try it now please?

I don't know what you guys did, but it works! I tried from the main website and from the Keep. Minus slightly slower load times, it works. I can access the game from both places! Thanks Ryan. And thank your team, too. Maybe a round at the local pub. ![]()

I just started Playing This Today, logged out for a few seconds (rather timed out to be exact) and then came across this error.
Followed the exact same steps leading up to the problem as "FuuNoKamiOka."

Tried to start The Last Court today and I'm running into the same "Runtime error" as everyone else.

Played for a little bit a few days ago, now have the runtime error. I use chrome and tried both from the keep and last court website, both have the same error everyone else did.

Thanks for letting us know again - we're working on a more permanent fix that should be ready this week. Sorry about that! Thanks for being so wonderfully patient, though, and stay tuned for updates.

Getting the same generic error on a variety of browsers and computers. Hoping that permanent fix is in place soon.

Looks like we won't be able to deploy the permanent fix today -- we're shooting for tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Won't lie, when I first had the problem, I wasn't sure opening this topic would do anything. Now I a 100% glad I did. Found out I wasn't alone wit the problem and it helped the BioWare team track down the issue and fix it.

I seem to be having the same problem. I started playing The last court earlier this morning and it worked fine until I closed the tab. Now When i try to open it, I get the "Server Error in '/' Application" too

Hey guys, the broken accounts should be fixed now and the patch was applied to the Keep earlier today. If anyone is still having the problem please let us know.
