Zevran, the elf.
Isabela, the human.
The Iron Bull, the qunari.
It might be coincidence...Still. Thoughts?
I say Oghren's son.
Does Varric count? He doesn't seem to follow the Dwarven tradition most of the time.
Along with an Avvar companion ![]()

Yeah, but for all his talk of pretty Dwarven serving girls and the hints about the blooming rose, I think Varric is pretty monogamous by nature.
I think it's time for a more serious dwarf. We haven't had one, yet.
Blackwall would had been the first one.
Wait, was the original concept plan for Blackwall a Dwarf?

True this. Yeah I agree, it would be great to have a dwarf-romance option. We've been lacking them eversince D:

Apparently there was a dwarf Grey Warden companion at one point, anyway.
EDIT: ![]()
I'm still very resentful her status isn't even recorded in the Keep.
Ugh, I'm still bummed and very resentful that Sigrun, Oghren and Velanna's final fate isn't even recorded in the Keep. It seems like BioWare really want to kill them off. ![]()

If it's any consolation, the Keep is of precisely zero value when it comes to divining Bioware's future plans.
For all we know, they could have Sigrun pinned up on the wall of crazy somewhere.
Well, that's interesting...I don't know whether to be happy that they changed that about Blackwall or not. How do most of the Dwarf fans feel about it?
The Dwarf Warden looks a lot older than the Blackwall

I'm not sure if that dwarf concept was really ever 'Blackwall,' per se. His backstory would have needed to be completely different (doubt he'd be a captain in the Orlesian Army before, that is.) and he probably wouldn't be a romance because dorfs don't get no lovin'.
Scout Harding is blates going to be on our team in the next game. Whether she's an 'adventurous' sort or not, I have no idea.

How was Shale not an extremely liberated Dwarven companion?
Having the courage to forgo your flesh-and-blood form in exchange for stone requires a great deal of give-no-f***ery over the insignificant things.
Why not? Because dwarves can only be merchants and Carta thugs? I'm sure if a Orlesian dwarf played his cards right, he could had rose up in the military ranks.
Dagna has broken the stereotype for dwarves with interest in magic, and Harding to a certain degree, being in charge of the scouts.
All these humans are racist
