American Beauty is my favorite movie ever made I think, and it has a phenomenal soundtrack. Right now I'm listening to:

I'd listen to Phantom of the Opera's movie version, but Gerard's voice can't really compare to the original with Michael Crawford.

Refn's Drive & Only God Forgives are both incredible in terms of their respective soundtracks. I'm especially a fan of Only God Forgives' adherence to 80s inspired synthesizer-sci-fi-tunes almost of the Blade Runner variety such as the following.

If anyone's played Hotline Miami, that game was heavily inspired by Refn's film, right down to the neon-soaked visuals and pulsing synth-heavy score.
