Hey there! I have no idea if I can even do this as this isn't a typical place to put up recruitment messages, guess I'll find out though lol. Should be following the rules though as I don't believe it violates anything. (yes, I did read the rules before posting this just to make sure)
My gamertag is UEG Sam and I play on the Xbox One. I know there are a few people who struggle finding people to play with and I'm starting this as I'm adding a new group of games to my community library. The community name is UEG (United Extreme Gaming). We're a console based group with over 1,000 people who play all types of games. If you're interested in DA:I multiplayer and having a group to run with hit me up and we can discuss what UEG is and how it's ran. We're not a clan no matter what anyone says. We don't fight other groups, we do not have a focus on any game although majority of our members play Destiny, Halo, Cod, and a few other shooter types. I'm starting this as one it can bring in a new group of people, rpg fans with fps lol, 2 it brings members together and people could always use someone to play with. I can assure it you join we will have a few who play DA:I and you'll have someone to play it with (includes me as I'm probably the biggest BioWare fan ever). and lastly, It's just giving people something to do, you can paly Dragon Age multiplayer, or play a different game with someone else period. One thing to note is if you join there are rules to follow as always, I can give a sample of them down below and If you join, you are REQUIRED to change your bio to what it needs to be when you join. There are also meetings to talk about things, get member feedback, answer any questions that need answered and more. UEG also hosts game nights of any game requested by its members, to help give them something fun to do and to get to know other members.

Requirements in order to join:
1.Mic of some sort as we like to communicate
2.Must have Xbox One as we are console based on the Xbox One
3.Must be ok with changing your bio to what is needed by UEG
4. We do have an age requirement that you must meet as well. If interested I'll get with you by mic and ask your age. I'd be cheating if I just put it out in the open you know;)
rules sample:
1. no cheating of any kind that violates Xbox live terms
2. no talking about illegal drugs or alcohol (really just don't talk about any of it at all)
3. don't be disruptive with other members of UEG, we're a calm bunch who like to have fun so no fighting and arguments
4. no racism, sexism, discrimination of any kind.
5. no drama, keep it all to yourself (example: say you have a bad day, keep it to yourself as no one wants to hear you go on and on about your bad day)
6. keep your bio they way it's suppose to be, don't change it as going a week out of place will result in you beign removed.
We also have a military ranking structure which is just to give people that satisfaction of a rank. Some do have responsibilities such as hosting game nights, meetings, finding other recruits to join UEG.
ranking structure examples are:
1. recruit- trial period of 7-10 days before officially joining UEG with the responsibilities of just playing with other members and getting use to them.
2. Sergeant- An official member who's responsibilities are to just play with members, attend a meeting occasionally, and to have fun! Sergeant is also the last rank unless you so choose to join staff. (you don't have to join staff if you don't want to, it's all your choice)
3.Staff sergeant-Responsibilities to find one recruit a week and attend staff meetings once a week.
4. Master Chief- Responsibilities of recruiting 2 people a week and reporting to the LT (lieutenant, also the rank that I'm at)
5.Lieutenant- Responsibilities are to help host meetings occasionally, host game nights, help members if needed, make sure other staff members are doing their jobs, make sure members are following the rules, reports to the Captain, 2nd in command, has the job of interviewing members and promoting them to staff.
6. Captain- Has all of the LT responsibilities as well but thy are the #1 guy in a branch (UEG is divided into branches to divide the 1,000 members into a group between 50-100 people each) and they report to the RA (Rear Admiral and counsel). Their job is to make sure the branch is ran in an orderly manner, all the lower ranks are doing their jobs, demotes and helps interview members ranks, Is the one who decides what the branch does or doesn't;t do after a vote.
There are other ranks however if you're interested you can check the website to find out or join UEG and you'll find out either way.
As I said right from the get go, I've no idea if I can do this as I don't normally see communities post here looking for members. I hope this gets a few of your guys interests but hey, I understand if you don't want to join as some of you will still probably think of this as a clan of some sort. If you need any questions answered just ask, I check these forums usually twice a day and I'm always on my GT. Thanks for your time and I hope this thread isn't all to uhh what's the word, different than what you'd expect in forums like this I guess it'll put it.
Last thing! No bashing in any way please. If you dislike the thread just move on, it's only for DA:I multiplayer people who are interested in a group and wanting to have people to paly with.
