DA2 qunari looked absolutely cool (never mind the cloning), including the Arishok. Now Bull, he looks like a joke compared to them.

The Arishok is probably the best Qunari BW ever made. I hated him, but I couldn't deny that he was pretty bad ass. And even his pecs aren't as ridiculous as Bull's.
I find his huge pecs more distracting than his head (though they are bigger than his head). Why are they so big? Why they are square-shaped? Why they hang so low? Mysteries of life.
gravity
Yeah Sir Issac Newton should have never invented it. We were far better floating around the planet before he invented gravity. We didn't need cars back then either just float where ever we wanted to go.
Do they wobble to and fro? Can he tie them in a knot? Can he tie them in a bow?
Does he get a funny felling when he slaps them off the ceiling?
I see people talking about this way too much. Isn't it a common artistic technique to make a character's head smaller in proportion to his body so that they seem bigger?

Iron Bull does have a small head, but ... people in real life have different bodily proportions, too.
Some large people have small heads and some small people have large heads. I wouldn't say Bull's proportions are a mistake.
It's just the way his genetics made him.
He's a snowflake. A big, loveable, murderous, pea-headed snowflake.

He's a peanut head, don't embellish the facts.
Forever on in my games hes going to be known as Peanut head.. Peanut head and Inky.

Is it just me or are those shoulder pads floating?
AH! Some evidence to support my claim that Captain America is the worst superhero ever. Thank you!

It does look like he has a rather small head. ![]()
You'll note that IB has a different body structure compared to the Inquisitor.
He's simply got a bigger chest so it makes his head look smaller in comparison.
I'm not sure why he has such a big chest... but I suppose he's rather large for a Qunari to begin with. Heads don't grow proportionally with body size.
Qunari in DA2 are proportioned like humans so that's why some people here find them to look better. It's obvious they changed the body type in DAI. It's not the first time they changed a race phenotype ![]()

Lots and lots of push-ups, I'd imagine.

Nah, it's the stuff he drinks, goes straight to the boobs
His head is normal size. What gives that strange impression is his gaunt face and the ... well... large amount of Iron Bull below the face.
That man is enoumous.

....and the way cut scenes work sometimes. I have not played as Tal-Vashoth but as human when you talk to him without the zoom- in camera at normal angle it's all within the norm, in other conversation the perspective is skewed.
btw, for all his normal-ish body type Arishok sure looked much more massive and impressive.

That was his voice. Dear lord I would have killed for that voice!

Oh yes!
This. How did they make a Qunari character so boring?
Sten was amazing. The Arishok was amazing. Iron Bull is... basically James from Mass Effect. A generic bruiser with a dull personality, whom the writers tried way too hard to make likeable.
Oh come now, atleast James feels guilt over losing his unit to the Collector attack and has a goal in mind.
But yeah, Sten was incredible and the Arishok was a worthy rival.

I can think of at least five different pretty pervy endings to that sentence.

Somehow, I knew someone would find homoerotic subtext in that post. ![]()
But in all seriousness, Sten was a well written character who served as the catalyst to the fanbase fascination with the Qunari.
While Iron Bull seems more like an Oghren reject.

He does have a wicked tongue, though.
Argh. There I did it. That was number one.

Just found this picture while looking at Bioware's blog. It's not the game then, but a design choice. Ugh, peanut head is actually a nicer way to put it. He just looks like a roider to me.
