Question, specifically regarding the Xbox version...

I have a save from the original game...of course I planned on using the continuation option for that charecter..

Problem is I made my own character model and I don't really like how he looks. I want to use the 'default' model.

Is it possible to transfer my old save in regards to how I chose to play, while at the same time changing my character model?
