Am I unable to play this DLC after completed this game? because I am stuck at my Estate and Emporium and unable to move anywhere. Not even a quest pop up.

It's meant to be played during the game. I don't see how it could work at all to play it after the game.

Sorry, this DLC adds a companion and some companion-related quests to the game, so you access its content as you play through it. It's not a story DLC like Legacy or Mark of the Assassin, which can be played any time.
