I miss him 
He was so hairy and drunk and gross and funny... I'm so sad he's not in Inquisition! Varric is fun and everything, but he's no Oghren, my gross little turd... I feel like he'd really get along with Sera, Iron Bull, and Blackwall. Maybe that would've been TOO much offensive banter in the game and that's why he'd not there?

We already have had Oghren twice. I don't ever need to see him again. Although, I wouldn't mind a letter updating us on what he's up to. Is he still with Felsi? How is their kid? Is he still in Amaranthine with the Ferelden Wardens?
Since they only give us 1-2 prominent dwarves per game, I'd rather them bring us some new ones in the next game.

Oghren wasn't my favorite, but he deserves a cameo if not more. Oh, along with Harrowmont and/or Bhelin. Bring back Orzimmar. And The darkspawn. And the Warden. And the architect. And the deep roads. And the brood mothers.... hmn, we have to investigate the calling and the source of the darkspawn. Oghren would definitely be in for that.
I actually want Orzammar and the Deep Roads back... They would look amazing with the new engine. 
And Oghren, yes please... if he's still in Ferelden I'm pretty sure that Cass and Leli would have questioned him about the HoF's whereabouts (if alive). That would've been cool. Or, Oghren as the Warden contact!

I like both Oghren and Varric,they are the great characters.but I belive Oghren isn't on Inquisition most fore story reasons,well he is a Warden now so...
Sera = Oghren. Fart jokes, sex jokes, juvenile sense of humour. They are virtually the same person, Sera is just romanceable 
.
I would only like one of these characters per a Dragon Age game though, two characters with this sense of humour would be too much.

Iron Bull isn't as lewd as Sera and some of his jokes are actually clever.
That's it, Iron Bull represents his love for hitting things and consuming grog whilst Sera's vulgarity is Oghren after he's consumed said grog

Same here. I wouldn't mind a mention either, since I do think the poor guy deserved at least a mention on the War Table or codex. I'd even vote for him as a temporary companion if/when we go to Weisshaupt. There's little doubt in mind that we'll end up there either as either the Inquisitor in a DLC, or in the next game. The writers couldn't have dangled that sequel hook harder if they tried.
I could see him contacting the Inquisitor that he's gonna look into "somethin' weird." I wouldn't object to hanging out with him for awhile, and see how he's doing. I was never a big fan of his, mainly because of Awakening. Alcoholism and family abandonment played up for laughs was a disservice to the character. Now that some time has passed (most of the people I know aren't exactly the same as they were over 12 years ago,) hopefully the choices my Warden helped him finally get his act together.
Oghren was off with the Warden.

As much as I like Oghren, not having him in the party in DA:I made sense. Blackwall would have ended up busted with an actual Warden hanging around.

I have a feeling for the sake of plot, he would be just as clueless.
