That is why I like him. He feels like a real person, with warts, and isn't a character who seems like he was first filtered through a political correctness checklist to make sure he is as inoffensive as possible. (I'm looking at you, Iron Bull)

Bioware had no right to drop Oghren out of the game and make no mention of his whereabouts. It wouldn't have hurt the game had Oghren been mentioned even if he couldn't make a cameo. Bioware is being unreasonable about it. Oghren is the same as your warden seeing that he helped stop the 5th blight and stopped an awakened broodmother. So he deserves the blasted mention, he *earned* it no matter what you say!!! If you think Oghren doesn't deserve a mention then it's the same thing for your warden for him/her to be better off not mentioned at all.
Frankly Dragon Age just isn't the same without Oghren no matter what those Stupid Oghren haters say. And that stupid Elf Sera who tries to be the Oghren in DAI is no help at all and rather a very poor replacement. i'd rather have Oghren then that stupid Elf wannabe.

I mean if they brought back Alistair/Loghain/Stroud as the Warden companion, why not Oghren? He's pretty much as senior as Loghain, story wise.

I agree that Oghren would've been so much better than having Stroud/Alistair/Loghain and make you possibly sacrifice him in the Fade. I mean... at least we'd had some sort of emotional connection to Oghren, whether to poke fun at him thinking he's not funny or thinking he's hilariously disgusting

Maybe, but what can you say to his wife Felsi and the Nugget if he died? My best bet she might say how she told him so but none the less Oghren would died a hero and not some disgrace drunk dwarf that everyone makes him out to be.

I am completely fed up about not hearing anything about Oghren in these games. Bioware for the love of God, please put Oghren in a DLC for Dragon Age 3. There are fans out there who still love that dwarf. Many Oghren haters dismiss him as useless drunk of a companion, but max out his approval and he has some great dialogue, even more so at the gates of Denerim in the final battle. It's not easy, depends on how late you recruit him, and just giving him booze will not get you to 90-100 Friendly.

No, actually. While I have made my indifference to Oghren himself known in other posts, he is still a Grey Warden, and I have also made it clear that my Inky always sacrifices Hawke because Inky believes the remaining Wardens will need someone to lead them (little does Inky know the dumbarse will immediately run off to the Anderfels.) Hawke has died in every single one of my playthroughs so far. Poor Varric.... not to mention poor Hawke.

Fine! But don't go around insulting people just because you think they don't know what an RPG is. I know what RPGs are and i have played several of them as long as i can remember. We are going to keep fighting until bioware brings Oghren back.
