I have a problem! I destroyed the doors of the three fortresses but i have only 2 sad splinters.. I don't know why..there is a way to fix it?
some merchant sells them? or can I get them in another way?

Loot does not vanish so, all you can do is go see where you missed one. If it's gone then there is no way to recover it except to load a save from before you got that door.

Not if your game is fully patched - they go in crafting materials, but if you have not patched and, the other two are in valuables, then yes, you could have accidentally sold it.

There's also a glitch in the game due to which all your valuables completely disappear from your inventory, never to be seen again. Has happened to me a couple of times after the last patch but maybe it can happen if not fully patched, as well, and if OP had them still in the valuables...
