I'm a female Qunari romancing bull but if I have Dorian in my party which I plan to, will Dorian and Bull still start a relationship? my inquisitor is selfish and wants to ride the bull all by herself and if that means kicking Dorian out of the party I sure as heck will

No, they will only hook up if you aren't romancing either of them.

No, romance banter doesn't trigger with anyone unless you haven't pursued the romance. So that goes for Iron Bull, Dorian, Blackwall, and Josephine.

That is not entirely correct. Due to a bug, Rainier's banter still unlocks whether you are romancing Josephine or not.

I've never had it trigger in any of my playthroughs either way so I'm good (and I've only romanced Blackwall in the first one).

I've never romanced Jose or Blackwall and the banter still hasn't triggered, in 4 games...I WANT it to trigger.

Can't believe I'm helping with this, but have you had Rainier and either Cole, Sera, Varric, or Vivienne in the party at the same time? They are the only four who bring it up with him.

I've had all those people in a party with him although Viv doesn't get out much since I usually leave her in Skyhold, wearing ugly armor and helmets.   But now days, Blackwall is my main warrior and I esp like to have either Cole or Sera with him but if not them, Varric. I'll keep listening on this playthrough.

No they only actually sleep together if you're not romancing either of them.

 

Bull will still hit on Dorian shamelessly though. XD
