Oh oh! Do Point Lookout first!

That's not a good idea, especially with the artificial difficulty forced in. I'd say save that for level 20.

I was able to at around 18. Granted I play stealth builds and brought a ton of med-ex. If you get a double barrel shotgun to full repair the sneak attack bonus is almost 75+ crit. It's doable.

Doable (for a stealth build, especially) but not really enjoyable.

Having hordes of tribal bullet sponges rush you with the game ignoring your armor is more frustrating than challenging.

Yeah I guess. All I know is I did it. And I had fun. But maybe I'm a masochist.

The combat with the tribals was my only real issue. You have tons of freaky locations to explore, quests to visit, and items to loot. The general atmosphere and lore surrounding the place is great.

And if you have the pc version, you won't have to worry about masochistic combat or your med-x addiction thanks to mods.

I started up ME1 on my Xbox One just to test the backwards compatibility so the Xbox 361 works just fine. The thing that bugs me now is that the DLC isn't part of the package and since I purchased it years ago I would like it to be available for those who own it.

I picked up The Banner Saga during the GOG sales, and I must say i'm pretty addicted to it. The concept is easy enough, but I always love games where you get the feeling the choices you make actually matter.

-Mass Effect 1 (and rest of trilogy) for my PC canon playthrough.

-Mass Effect 2 (and rest of trilogy) for my friend's playthrough when she visits (I may mineral and planet scan to reduce tediousness for her)

-Dragon Age: Inquisition is on hold until the patch cycle is over (they've been highly disappointing me so far) and probably the DLC cycle. It just isn't working for me, even as I wanted to love this game.

-Returning to SWTOR to finish the story so far, including probably Shadow of Revan, on my main. The expansion announcement has intrigued me, so I'd like to at least feel ready for it (story-progress-wise).

-I'm a regular player of RIFT and that hasn't changed.

-My current mobile game right now is Terra Battle. Pretty cool so far, but I'm not very far in. With it had at least a bit more story.

-Shadowrun Returns playthrough, bit by bit! I want to be done all expansion content and maybe user created campaigns.

-Skyrim was dropped again, but I still do intend on at LEAST completing the main campaign and some side questlines. At minimum.

That's about it right now. I hope I'm done most of my desired progress on this stuff by the end of the year.

Mass Effect: Andromeda release set for late 2016 is disheartening (but within my predictions), but it does give my time for me and my friend to fully set up how our Shepard campaigns are (assuming any form of story/save import), and it'll let me consider myself fully done with the trilogy outside of the possibility of a substantially done trilogy remaster/remake (it'd have to be closer to the remake side for me to care much). Ideally I'll be done 6 playthroughs, one for each class - not just my main Vanguard.

EDIT: Oh, and RPG-wise, I have a few interests

-Catching up on Fallout 1-NV in prep for Fallout 4.

-Catching up on Final Fantasy Lightning trilogy whenever all 3 are finally released and bundled together on PC. My boyfriend likes this much more than me, so he could be the one who purchases it.

-Playing Planescape Torment to completion, in prep for Torment: Tides of Numenera, which I backed on Kickstarter.

-Awaiting the rest of Dreamfall: Chapters. Open to catching up on Telltale games and getting the full Life is Strange.

-I have some 3DS games I own that I'd love to complete (before ever getting any more), like Pokemon White, SMT4, Fire Emblem: Awakening, Dragon Quest VI.

-I have the first two Witchers so I'll want to complete those before diving into Witcher 3. No rush, especially as I want a better PC.

-A Bioware (and co.) History Tour would be nice. The enhanced Baldur's Gates, both KOTORs, Jade Empire. Maybe a DAO+DA2 deal with mods installed. Mass Effect is a whole other matter (see above).

There's so much really...

E3 drinking game. Whenever you feel the slightest bit of optimism for a franchise, you take a shot to quickly turn that optimisim into bitter cynicism.

Lots of Visual Novels (2/5 on Fruits of Grisaia atm). Bought some for cheap on the steam summer sale, and downloaded the restoration patches. Level 6 currently on my Witcher 3 Deathmarch 100% completion run.. still have a very very very very very long way to go. Still playing League of Legends... occasional Wii-U games with SO.

Werewolf the Apocalypse( PnP )

Sadly, as I'm the only nerd within 150 miles I'm stuck running my own campaign for me, myself and I.

Stupid question, but is it restricted to D20 Games? WW is based entirely on D10.

Been playing Call of Cthuhlu: Dark Corners of the Earth. True to the title, it feels like a story pulled out of Lovecraft's lengthy list of Short Stories. Much like Darksiders, the writing's best than you'd expect from a no-name developer.

Graphically and in design, it isn't too far off from V:tmB. The first level is a relatively linear experience, but afterwords become a bit more open. Just replace Modern Gritty LA with Not-Modern Gritty Early 20th Century Americana. Voice Acting's mostly on par, though some the people you're talking to aren't exactly conversationalists.

It's a Dark Adventure as an Amnesiac Detective being tossed into otherwordly situations, so it's fun stuff with headphones at night. Hardly perfect, but more enjoyable than I expected. :)

Did a bit of Rock Band to hone my skills a bit.

Finally finished The Witcher 3, I'm pretty sure that game was designed to crush the OCD nature out of gamers.

Playing the witcher 2. Since i've forgotten large chunks of the game I figured I should go through it again before I get The witcher 3 and a PS4.

I've been playing GW2 for the last month or so, after having not played it for over 2 years. It's surprising how little has actually changed in the game, besides the community becoming obsessed with the meta. Was working towards some legendaries but I'm already sick of it. I don't think I'll even be getting the expansion anytime soon. Organized PvE in GW2 seems to have been abandoned by Arena Net so I'll probably look at going back to FF14 or SWTOR soon; I miss tanking and healing.

In the meantime though I picked up Borderlands 2 during the summer sale but I'm having trouble getting in the mood to actually play it. Had the same issue with the original. Also got Transistor which was really good (even better than Bastion imo) but really short.

Finally beat Pillars of Eternity, finished at about 55 hours. Implanted souls where they didn't belong, found some in unexpected places, it's been a ride. Story-Wise, I enjoyed it slightly more than BG2 but naturally isn't going to hit PS:T levels of awesome. The endgame stuff has some neat parallels to earlier chunks of human civilization.

Anyway, It's one of my favorites of the year and it's cool stuff.

Grey Goo. Got it on the Summer Sale because I had concern about its volume of content, and considering I've already nearly reached halfway through the campaign despite playing only one mission every night, it appeared I was right. Still a fun game, though.

I've also started Ori and the Blind Forest. One of those games I just instantly fell in love with.

And I've finally went ahead and bought and installed Dark Souls II. As I skipped Dark Souls, I'm still wondering what I've just got myself into. Well... ...any, er, tips?
