David Gaider is probably your best bet, since he is the lead writer of the Dragon Age franchise. I've no idea how to contact him outside of his twitter tho: https://twitter.com/davidgaider
I'm going to be a bit blunt with you and say that most companies have a policy to where they don't read things sent to them from outside of the company, they usually send it back unread (if physical) or delete it if it's an email. The reason is that it protects them from lawsuits and people claiming that their ideas were stolen. I recommend doing a bit of research into presentation (if you haven't already) because different industries like to have things (scripts in this case) presented to them in different ways.
One thing that I've learned is that when someone reads a script, they are doing the script writer a ginormous favor, because people that read scripts do it for a living, you know, money and if they do something that they've spent all day at work doing for free for you, well.... That's a pretty big favor! So if it does get looked at, be sure to thank whoever for their time and be open to criticism (lots of it tends to go around during script reading).
If Bioware doesn't take it, you could always post it in the feedback/suggestions forum here: http://forum.bioware...ck-suggestions/
I'm sure forum users would love to give it a read.
Best of luck, Noir_Hawke!
