I have sceen many articles where people are having issues connecting to the ea server, but I am unable to even see the option to log into the ea server.  The screen shots I have seen show the yellow y button on the bottom left hand side.  I only see downloadable content.  I am connected to the internet and xbox live.  I have looked through the options and I dont see a log in or log out option.  At this point, I might just delete all dragon age off my xbox and start over.

I am confused as well.



The game connects to the EA servers but never asks me to enter my EA account info...so how will I upload character data or more importantly get my goodies from the flash game?

This is similar to my situation. I changed my password on the social site, but can't figure out how to update my password from in the game.



It asked me to enter my login and password when I first started the game, but hasn't asked for them again, even after changing the password on the social site.

same here. im also trying to register my 360 game here but it won't take my UPC code. just to be sure, UPC code is the barcode number at the back of the box correct? im logging with my ea account to this site which hasnt had any issues linking to my gamertag for battlefield bad company. any ideas??

You should all be glad, I can't connect to the servers, and thus because it can't some how see my DLC, it won't load of my games with those items in them. So, I can't continue any of my games.

When I got home this morning, I deleted all Dragon age off my xbox, including my saves, to start from square one. Still no yellow y button to log into the ea servers to get my goodies from the character creation and the flash game. I am unable to find any articles of other people having this issue, not sure what it could be.

Its working for me now. A friend said there was a patch on the pc version last night, and before I left for work a couple of hours ago, I threw in the game and bam....yellow y button on the bottom left. NICE!!!

I'm having the same issue. I wondered initially if it managed to pull my EA account info from a Burnout Paradise save or something ... Regardless, I have redeemed my DLC codes, and the DLC appears to have taken ... but I've never entered any EA account info, and my account on social.bioware.com says I have no characters. Is this mysterious (Y) option supposed to be on the bottom left of the title screen when I load the game? I've never seen it. What am I doing wrong?

same issue with me. I unlocked the flash game stuff but have no idea how to get it onto my xbox.

I still don't have a Y button on my title screen...

I can't find anywhere to give my account information. I have put in the codes but have no parts of the dragon armour or the added items I unlocked playing DA: journeys. Very confused.



Are we waiting for a patch or have I missed something?
