I'm all for more Calpernia. Def one of the coolest original characters in DAI.

Samson has several different fates, so unless red Lyrium can re-attach his head to his body he's unlikely to come back.

 

Calpernia, however, seems much more likely. Rule number one of death in all fiction (no exceptions): So long as you don't see the body, assume alive. Plus, she has enough room to have a character arc, Samson was kinda done in DA2 and didn't do much in DAI besides becoming stronger and evil.
