B definitely, easier to reach.

One can arrange TP in the configuration of B. But, once the first perforation is broke and TP makes contact, motion favorite hand front to back.

In B4 "what a shitty topic." post.
I usually don't bother checking which way the roll is facing when I place it.
C. The three seashells.
Severely cromulent in San Angeles.
For the record, B is the only correct answer. Everyone who answers A is a tax evader.

I think A if in a formal setting (workplace, school, etc; but really, the higher class, the more likely it should hide away and not poke out).
B in most homes. Who cares. We want convenience.
Back in my day we used old sears catalogs in the out house.
B, but with A you get the softer side when you fold.

A lets you pull paper with your wrist action, whilst using your lower forearm as the "brake" - end result: you can pull and tear the mathematically correct amout of paper with one hand, leaving your other free for reading stuff on your phone/taking calls etc.
A is the choice of champions. B is the choice of people who need two hands to tear toilet paper and therefore should not be allowed near anything more complicated.
I work in the high end service industry. You are always taught b in spas, restaurants, anywhere "high class", Ideally, it is then folded into a decorative point.
Seriously?

Oh I know, I've worked in a couple small resorts and a fine dining restaurant. But I'm speaking about preferences. I do prefer the look of the toilet paper to be more hidden when it seems feasible.
But what I want doesn't happen, you're right.

Hahahaha
A all the way. Under roll will always be my way to go instead of over roll.
