I recently bought the collectors edition copy of mass effect for my local EB games (canadian version of game stop) when i went to redeem the Collector armor and weapon on the website it told me that the code is already in use.

How is this going to be fixed???

What is the solution? All of the ones I received in the CE box are bad.

Have you tried going back to the store? Maybe they can sort the problem out.

Bought the last one the store had and all the ones around me show sold out....

I also have this problem, i pre-ordered from EA, and got my game in the mail, both my Cerberus Network code says already in use and my Collector armor and assault rifle code says already in use.
