It's been a helluva week on the forums, hasn't it?  The weekend is now getting ready to start.  We both know how creative posters can get during the weekends.  I've noticed it's the last weekend of the month that tends to be the worst/best/weirdest/wtf times on the BSN.

It sure has haha. I'll be honest and say that I haven't noticed the patterns/spikes in weirdness, but that's probably too busy listening to some awesome metal most of the time.

Metal's been my soundtrack for the night (not unusual), along with The World of Balance and Ruin CD from OCremix.  I enjoy good remixes of classic video game music as well as my Zakk Wylde and occasional Slayer.

I've been wondering if it's something to do with the moon phase... however, I didn't actually care enough to actually investigate.

I have one of those satellite clocks on my desk that tells the indoor temp, date and moon phase.   It's only half full, not that you could see it through the snow storm.

 

It's 12 degrees out (F) and the snow flakes are getting bigger.

I know that's my only issue with his threads and posts.  It isn't that he wants someone that looks more like Miranda or Isabela or Leliana.  It's his insistence that his opinion is fact and everyone is wrong on an objective level for disagreeing with him.    If he mellowed out on that front, I'd have no problem with his requests.

 

If anything, DanteYoda has been an example of being pretty cool about it.  He doesn't find Cass or Josie attractive, but he isn't insisting that his opinion is tried and true fact.  Nor has he been thread spamming everywhere.   I respect that.

No it isn't, Dragon Age is a story-driven rpg game. Skyrim is pretty much a build an own adventure rpg 

 

No it is absolutely not. As much as I agree that they are OBVIOUSLY two completely different games it is completely right to compare them.

Why?

Developers ASKED for it.

They said they were going to check Skyrim AGRESSIVELY to make Inquisition.

They did. The comparisons are fair. They are needed. Devs brought them to the table.

We are not comparing quality discarding the games differentes, we are comparing because Bioware made the stupid choice of trying to "absorb" Skyrim features that fit well in Skyrim but are awful in Dragon Age. Dumboware say stupid things, fans have the right to comment on their stupidity.

 

For me personally Kingdoms of Amalur is closer to Dragon Age Inquisition, strange one flopped and the other is a selective hit.

 

On relationships would it be too far to add a couple we could use the character creation on?

The argument was "Sera fans make excuses for her horrid, bigotted behaviour", like people do with terrorists irl. Thus, making them no better than terrorists = Sera fans are like terrorists.
