Yeah, what was the point of having a bedroom we never really use? At least in Mass Effect, Shepard could go to their quarters to change their wardrob,e play with their space hamster, torture the decapitated head of a husk, listen to music and not bother to feed the fish?!
And I agree with you about Dwarves, they should have been more freaked out Solas doing his little Incep-quisi-tion routine, especially after having already been in the Fade physically and barely escaping with their life?
It's not a huge deal, but it's a tiny bit irksome that they didn't make a mention about that. It would have been nice, but oh well. At least Bull and other members of the party bring it up.
Oh and since this is a LI request thread, Scout Harding for companion and LI option in DA4. ![]()

I rather she hooks up with Varric.

So long as her freckles stop disappearing its getting pretty creepy the way they keep flying off her face then coming back in a second I think her freckles may be drunk. Though I'd be happy with a well written Dwarf LI in general.

I just know I've lost track of the number of posts and threads since the game was released begging BioWare to have her be a full-fledged LI. However, there is a good chance those in the OPs camp will be very likely disagreeing.

Well...she does have that scar...and she is covered up...I think it might be too offensive for the sensitive straight male brigade...

That subgroup's too busy arguing over female beauty and using charts to do it.

Blasphemy, Varric needs the right hand on his crossbow. ![]()

There is always the left hand. But he is out to stay away from the real Bianca even if love is blind.

Okay, this subfourm alone has been weirder than usual. I'm very happy that the weekend hitting is tomorrow and it's time away from the computer. I'm going to be watching the Rum Diaries with my husband. A story involving Hunter S. Thompson is definitely going to make more sense than the internet.
Toggles for gay Llamas on the highway! White and Gold! Nimoy is dead and it's the woman with large boobs that killed him! SJW stole my manhood by being ugly LIs!
This is all running together in my brain.
Yep, unplugging for the weekend starting tomorrow. Geez...
I personally think that people give too much importance to those people, also, too many folks are willing to argue what people find appealing to them or not. Let it go, not everyone is going to agree, not everyone has the same tastes, and it's hardly evil to find someone too effeminate or mannish for him / her, even if you disagree. There are people who are shallow, there are people who aren't, no need to go mad about that and waste all your day arguing about those things in my opinion. Franckly, if people didn't answer to those threads, I'm pretty sure that they would be quickly forgotten, with only one or two pages, after a few hours, while other threads more productive are created in the same day.
I think the one I most break is the stereotype that people with Aspergers don't have a sense of humour or get jokes? Because as most of my posts and parody banters on the BSN might show, my sense of humour is so hyperactive that it spends most of it's time giggling on the ceiling while I try to catch it with a net...
Oh, Sifr.

Josie has an attractive face to me, she is beautiful. I'd just give her another outfit however. What she wears is horrible ( well it is well designed, and artistic, I mean, horrible in the sense of attractiveness for a straight male like me ) and does no honor to a woman's body. It is possible to be totally conservative with zero skin showed, but still dressed in a way that could attract the eyes of those males. Even leliana is sexier with her armor than Josephine with her outfit to me. Of course, no need to tell me that it wasn't the goal, I'm just having fun talking about this.
I know what you mean about Josie's outfit. It's always struck me as a little off style wise. I find the fashion addict in me badly wanting to make little adjustments every time I see her in a cutscene. ![]()

I dunno, I always figured that Josie's outfit was Antivan so that's why it was so out of place in Ferelden and Orlais? And that it was a little conservative because she's a woman who's job requires her to spend a lot of her time acting as the paragon of propriety? Plus it'd help dealing with any male diplomat, knowing that she's not giving him any fodder for his imagination by showing any skin, so he'll keep his mind on the job, rather than picturing the two of them... on the job?
That said, she's downright smoking in the outfit the Inquisition members wear to the Winter Palace. Definitely pulls off that look better than everyone else we invited... just don't tell Vivienne I said that, she hates me enough as it is!

Oh, it is definitely not the conservatism that bugs me about it. It's more the dimensions...and mostly the way it's cut in the lower portion. Even so, I love the fabric it's made with, and how luxurious it looks. I just want to take that lower half and fix it to my taste (lol), and maybe alter the way it's fitted around the torso (not to be skintight, but to make it look like it's actually fitted for her).
Aw, did your Inquisitor get the furniture re-arranging scene? That's rough.
I'm bracing myself, because Sera's not a big fan of my Dalish Inquisitor...I'm hoping it's not going to get the point of total disdain, because I am playing her as a believing in the Dalish pantheon, and Sera is not loving it. ![]()
I still fail to understand how Cassandra's face is manly or overly masculine.
Speaking in stereotypes (not necessarily my own personal opinion), a "feminine" face has less prominent angular features, more curves/ovals and less angles. Angled or chiseled features are typically a masculine trait. The eyebrows extend beyond the inner corner of her eyes which does not help her femininity either from a "classical stereotypical" definition of a beautiful woman.
On first glance, Cass' face would not tickle my eye, so to speak, but that is only a skin deep purely instinctual reaction unless she was looking at me like your first pic, quite a riveting look.
No, Cass is not representative of what you might find on the cover of Sports Illustrated but it matters not, to me. I find her very attractive but I do admit it I did so only after a period of time.
To further underline my point with the option of masturbating:
...when it comes to people who find the romance options for straight males in DAI too ugly...masturbation is probably the only sexual experience they can relate too...
Luckily for me fuglies are more rare than common here.
Yeah, this thread's going to a good place.
Time to bail out of this thread AlanC9 !

I haven't still seen any freckless on her face XD I was disappointed that there weren't any, she looks weird without!

I'll get the freckles sometimes if I'm lucky they'll show up then the texture rending will come and slap them clean off her face. Agreed she looks really strange without them.
