Fenris for warrior

Zevran for rogue

Merril for mage

They were all WAY too scrawny and need to be expanded.

Warrior: Oghren

Besides the sheer fun factor the character would bring to the table, after an entire game of having the Grey Wardens get dumped on, it would be nice to have an unambigueously good Warden for once, one who believes in the Order, its mission, and actually embraces the whole killiing plague-ridden monsters thing. Second choice would probably be Aveline; her grounded perspective would be a nice counterpoint to the game's constant technobabble and metaphysical whatnot.

Rogue: Sebastian

Sebastian's character arc deserves more resolution than what he got in Inquisition, and whether or not he stayed a priest or became a prince or invaded Kirkwall or supported the Inquisition, there's a lot of potential there for some great drama. Alternate choices would be either Sigrun or Leliana, the former for the same reasons as Oghren (as well as being pretty cool in her own right), and the latter because the moments where Leliana picks up a bow and joins the fight are some of the best of the entire game (and again, she's awesome).

Mage: Merrill

All of the relevations about the history of the ancient elves seem tailor-made for Merrill, in a way; it would be very interesting to see her reaction to it all. Plus, the Eluvians remain an interesting element of the series; with Briala's access to the Crossroads largely swept under the rug in Inqusition, having Merrill take up that rle would be nice. Finally, it would be nice to have an elven character who actually takes pride in being an elf for once (that fact that she's not a jerk about it always helps matters).

Also ... who'd win in a no-holds-barred sparring match between Cassandra and Aveline? Holy Maker, it'd be epic.

The men watching would cower at the sight.

Warrior: Carver or Fenris. If Carver's alive, then him. He could either provide first hand insight into the GW problems (like a power war in Weisshaupt) or the future of the templars. It would also be good to see him with Hawke if they're up at Weisshaupt, though mostly I'd like to see him as his own character, rather than through the "Hawke's brother" lense. As for Fenris, he could be very involved with a Tevinter plot-line, especially if Calpernia is alive. Plus, DA2 left his future a little ambiguous, and I'm sure there's more he can be doing than just hunting and killing slavers.

Rogue: Sigrun. Another GW PoV, especially if Carver and/or Bethany are dead (or not a GW). Plus she's an adorable dwarf, and could have so much more story potential. I feel like there will be revelations about dwarven history coming up, so a PoV from a dwarfier dwarf than Varric would be good. Plus, she was/is Legion of the Dead, and there may be reason to head down into the Deep Roads and meet some of her contacts. The Architect possibly having a role would give her even more reason to appear.

Mage: Bethany or Merrill. If Bethany's alive, then her for the same reasons as Carver. If she's not, then Merrill. There have been so many revelations about elven history, plus the involvement of the Eluvians, I feel like Merrill could bring something to the table. Plus, the fact that her Eluvian had the Blight offers some unique potential that Morrigan's doesn't.

If any of them were LIs, I suppose it would be Beth, Carver and Sigrun.

To be honest, I would rather have completely new companion characters, properly fleshed out with personalities and histories, rather than just reintroduced old ones.

Mate I'm dying for a desire demon companion... and romance option.

So anyway, for me I wouldn't mind:

1. Extra content with Sera. Perhaps a DLC involving the Red Jennies.. and if you romance her, the option to marry her at the end and have a full blown wedding.

2. Extra content with Scout Harding. I found her to be an interesting character... wouldn't mind a "personal" DLC involving her, of some sort. Also, for people who wanna romance her... they can get that option.

And as stated above, I know the chances are slim, but 3. Desire demon companion..

You are to choose a new warrior, a new rogue and a new mage that isn't currently available in the Inquisition party roster and say why you would include them in Inquisition....

Warrior:

2lx81ua.jpg

Character Name: Danaya

Class: Warrior

Armor Type: Light

Skin Tone: Light Tan

Bust Size: 34 or 36

Waist Size: 24

Hip: 36

Eye Color: Blue

Hair: Long/Blonde

Sexual Preference: Bi-sexual with preference for women first, men second, eventually seduced by a man who is stronger than her in battle.

Appearance: Extremely Sexy & Attractive, almost goddess like

Danayah is a blonde, buxom warrior babe who wears skimpy light armor and wields a two handed sword, she also uses a bow when need be. During combat her long, golden hair is tied back.  Her face is unbelievably feminine and beautiful to a point where she throws male enemies off guard.

Backstory: She grew up in an all women tribe of blondes who enjoy orgies and take handsome, strong men as slaves and use them until they are spent.  All these women care about is glory in combat, sex and physical attraction. They liberate women from brothels and teach them how to be strong and self respecting. They teach women to use their sexual prowress to their advantage and to be strong and take care of their bodies.  Her tribe hates seeing women persecuted or mistreated in anyway.

I would understand for desire DEMONS, but this is disrespecting LGBTs and objectifying women. No thanks. You want a game with bimbos, play The Witcher 3. No, better idea... go seek help.

We keep telling him to get help, he won't go.

Like they say, you can't help the helpless... ;)

Well... at least we've learnt something fresh about this fella. He's got this complex about making lesbians go for men or some ****.. which just tells me he's been rejected in favour of women in the past.

Unfortunately from a roleplaying perspective Danaya would succumb to a desire demon.  Danaya could also serve as a leader to lesser women the same way strong alpha men lead leasser men.  In life there are greater women and greater men who serve as leaders, these leaders are often times charismatic and influencial.

Danaya doesn't disrespect LGBT, she is a lesbian herself and would find lesbians attractive.  Danaya doesn't objectify women, she teaches them to use their physical beauty to their advantage to persuade and influence.

You see Danaya's tribe was led by a woman elder named Brenna. Brenna was raped by a man when she was twenty, she took matters into her own hands and killed the man who raped her. From there she left civiliation and made a deal with a demon in the black forest. The demon promised all the women that would be in her tribe blessed beauty and strength.

....

They had Isabela which is a great character, we don't need more characters like her. It would just cheapen her story.

We never got to see a cutscene between what Isabella and a desire demon would do, something dark and sinister. Danaya is completely different from Isabella btw.

There's only one Isabela!!

Anyway, thread is getting somewhat derailed...

So back on topic, I'd like to elaborate on my desire demon romance option/companion.

You see, I don't want her to be like all the others... you know, what with the breast fondle and such.. I want her to be a nice, innocent desire demon who hates her very own existence as a demon and wishes she could be human. However, her true nature often clashes with this so she finds herself making many mistakes.. only to regret them later.

So PC comes along, sweeps her off her feet and makes her feel better about who she is -- or better yet, could possible lead her in either direction, say, similar to that of "hardening" and "softening" Lel?

Now... when it comes to taking her out in the party. I'm unsure of what her combat abilities could be... and how that could work, exactly.

I liked the idea of Cole as a character, so a Desire Demon who would wish to be more than a demon would be an interesting angle to explore.

You are attracted to women with issues and want to fix things.

I nominate:

Cullen for warrior - he is better fighter than Cassandra and Blackwall combined

Harding for rogue - she uses bow so I'm assuming she is a rogue

For mage I don't know...... Oh! That suspicious elven woman in the first elven ruin.

my picks for new characters would be

Warrior: Ash warrior with his own mabari

Rogue: A Talon from the crows who is still with the crows. or a harlequin given to serve the inquisitor for his help with the winter palace

Mage: a female serrabass who follows the qun but decides to serve the inquisitor personally after saving it from its master. we can decide to free it from its bindings in skyhold or let her remained shackled.
