Alright, so I know you can romance Kelly as long as you're not "locked-in" with anyone else. And I know you have to lock-in with Tali before Rannoch or you miss your chance. So what i'm asking is, is it possible to get the Kelly romance scene before Rannoch?
I could've sworn I'd done it before, but it's not happening this play through. Whenever I complete a new mission and talk to her on the citadel her dialogue changes, but I haven't gotten the romance dialogue yet and I'm running out of missions before Rannoch.
Also, do you need to have invited her to your cabin to dance for you in ME2? I had dinner with her but never did that.
Sort of related, I'm on PC, is it possible to advance dialogue without actually doing a mission? Maybe with console commands or gibbed? Because I'd like to get to the Kelly romance without stopping in the middle of the Geth/Quarian conflict to do a bunch of side missions.

EDIT: I figured it out, you do need to have invited her up again after the suicide mission. On the off chance anyone else has this problem, it can be solved on PC by changing boolvariable 6286 to TRUE with gibbed save editor
