If you are lucky and kept the your old drive from your dead 360 pop it
in your current console and start the game and then import your character and save it to
your MU.  Then you can switch the drives back and you are good to go. 

The files are hidden so moving the original game files don't work.  You have to go back to the original drive if you still have it or MU if you saved the files there.   Or be lucky enough to still have ME1 and play the end again.
