I'm using these videos as a little examples of what I'm aiming for , should I be a support S&S that buffs my party members or the kind of support that improves my DPS but also damages enemies around me.

I really wanna stick as a S&S Dwarf cause well for one I love Shields , and Dwarfs are my favorite race.

I guess I'd say reaver.  The Templar's skills really benefit from a 2H, and their blessed blades buff is situational (demons only) and a very small radius.  On the other hand, Templar gives you a nice AoE skill, something S&S lack.  I run Iron Bull as S&S reaver (as per KineticGTR with recommended AI tactics).

I got to say that at this point I put my support behind sword and shield Templar. Surprisingly more of a powerhouse than I personally would have guessed but with a quality weapon like Caliban. Specially with it's damage increase capability and a nice aoe combo capability in wrath+spell purge.

aka the messed it up and soem of the skills do use the proper amount of health

 

also the dragon rage arms are dumb looking
