I've got heal on hit and heal on kill on my archers and Mages weapons. I've started trying out the Assassin and Alchemist (BTW is flask of fire bugged?). I've got good weapons relatively speaking but I have no heal on for them. Is there a crafting based way I have missed to get this ability for the daggers?

No, you can get some of the high end drops to get Heal on Kill.

Nope, u have to use weapon that already have HoK, for example "wicked grace" with 5% HoK.
