When I was Qunari I had Qunari banners, throne, etc in Skyhold. The same with Dalish. Now my newest Inquisitor just became a Templar, so now I have Templar banners hanging through out Skyhold. How about you?

My human warrior had a combo if chantry ,inquisition free march décor while my dwarven warrior had almost everything decorated in dwarven style but for all my characters have used the Seuit glass as it speaks of the power of the inquisition.

Nope, I try to keep it as Inquisition, cuz it is for all the races, it dosent make any sense for me to put a dalish banner in there cuz I am a dalish person, I try to keep it as neutral as I can.

Hmm, Qunari Quizzy with a penchant for redecorating so, currently Orlesian bed, Serault windows, Qunari drapes, Tevinter deco, Chasind Heraldry, and Dwarven Banners but, that's subject to change with his mood, tomorrow he might not like dwarves so well and, prefer mages, templars or Andrastians and, it will all change. shazzle frazzle rotten fickle Qunari anyway.  (Or maybe it's the giant human behind the keyboard.)

Not really, mostly just went with the inquisition stuff. I tend to like the inquisition decorations more than the others, many of the decorations don't have a Dalish option and even if it did skyhold isn't hers, it the base of the inquisition and that's who she is representing and what she needs to be showing to visitors. If it had been option I would have made the bedroom Dalish themed since that's her space while keeping the rest of the place inquisition themed. Not that it matters because you never need to go to the bedroom anyway and the decorations are just cosmetic.

I try to yes, my dwarf had dwarven banners, which actually was kinda cool.  I don't with the Qunari because she doesn't follow the Qun so it doesn't seem fitting.  I'm still not really certain on how to get everything though so I haven't messed around with it.  Plus on PS3 I can barely read anything, the text is so small, so I'm not certain of what I'm choosing.

There is no Dalish throne, as you implied, OP. Regardless, I would like to know what you consider to be a Dalish Skyhold. 'Cause for me, I'm kind of stuck.

I change it up all the time. I figure we have the ability to do so, so why not? I do always keep the Serault Glass though, that stuff is just pretty.

Yeah, there is no Dalish throne but I just use as many Dalish decorations as there are available.

Oh, Maker, no. It's a mismatch of all the things that I find relatively looking good. Also no decors, those are so garish.

In general, yes, except for Qunari drapes for my qunari Inquisitor, because they represent the Qun, as I understand, not qunari race.

And I was really disappointed by lack of Dalish decoration. More flowers for the main hall would be wonderful.

Nah, no matter what Inquisitor I have I always deck the place out Fereldan style. (Hail dog lords!) One exception: Dalish banners for my Dalish Inquisitors, the rest Fereldan. Seeing those little elves sitting on the Fereldan Throne is funny.

No. I typically stick with Inquisition heraldry and picked other things that I thought were aesthetically pleasing.

Inquisition heraldry

Inquisition windows

Inquisition throne

Basic decor - I couldn't stand any of the other decor

Dalish II drapes - the most minimal drape available

Orlesian III bed - the wood carving of the head/foot-board is lovely, but I am bothered by lack of pillows

I mixed Inquisition and Ferelden styles. Banners and windows were Inquisition, the rest was Ferelden, but my precious throne was the Mage one, for my lovely female human mage.

For the most part yes.

My Dalish Inquisitors have almost everything Dalish/elven that has a Dalish choice.

My total believer Inquisitor had Chantry, Orlesian choices.

My none believing human was the only one that mixed it up some.

Pretty much. My Dalish Inquisitor has Dalish everything (cept throne, since there isn't one - since she's a mage, I went with that one).

My devout Inquisitor is all Andrastian stuff, my dwarf is all dwarven stuff. I look forward to my next playthrough, my 2nd human, who doesn't have a real theme yet, that will be able to mix it up.

My first character was a Dalish elf and without any Dalish furniture, I had a hard time going with any of the Dalish presets. The drapery was dreadful looking. I think I only went with Dalish windwos in the end. Everything else was Orlesian. Why? I felt she would have appreciated the furniture/draper/throne for whatever reason.

Yes, I actually try to match Skyhold with my current Inquisitor's background and beliefs (if any). My Trevelyan's Skyhold is all Free Marches and Inquisition decorations, for one.

Depends, my Dalish mage sorta wanted to downplay that element of the inquisition, same with the Qunari but my Andraste loving archer had the place all done up Chantry style.

I did go after my race at first, like when I was elven dalish then I went for the dalish style etc. but later on in my playthroughs, and after some hours I got bored of looking at the same style so I often mixed the styles up a bit.

It reflected my class, not my race

Tevinter decor

Circle drapes

Enchanter throne

As for banner and heraldry. I never got why you'd change what are the Inquisition's flags (essentially) to anything else. Even if you wanted to show support for the Chantry or the Wardens (for example), the Inquisition is part of neither.

Mage for Tevinter, best decoration. My Inq plans to join the organization to Imperium.

Thus far; Yes. The only part that annoys me is the Ocular looking symbol viewed in the Master bedroom; hated what it represents for those Inquisitors, but did not see a way to change it.

I barely spent time in it so it mostly all looks the same.
