There's one more romance scene -- did you have the scene where you talk about other people's safe words in bed? At some point there should be another option in the dialogue wheel -- something like, 'lets spend some time together'. I can't look it up exactly right now, since I'm away from the computer. I think this is both approval rating gated, and maybe quest related gated? But since you're at arbor wilds, you're pretty far along. Are you still getting approval from Bull if you kill Ventatori or hunt dragons? I think they put it at a higher approval rating, to try and keep people from blowing through all his scenes before they even get to the next main quest.

 

Is this the scene where I see my inquisitor's boobs?  If so, then yes, saw that.  I'm at the point where I get no more approval from Bull when killing Venatori.  When I talk to him in the tavern there are no more dialog options on the wheel other than the booty smack/kiss in the courtyard, or asking about the Qunari.

 

Edited to add, yes I have his romance card.

I can go up to Cullen and talk to him and one of the options is "Start a romance with Cullen" and with Sera it says "Start a romance with Sera". Not just flirting. My assumption is that this char would demand I break up with Bull first (I mean, maybe Cullen has a freaky side none of us know about)?  I know in Origins you could do that, but this game seems to lock you out once you lock down a love interest.  It just strikes me as odd since other people are locked in like with Blackwall.  I've never been "locked in" with Bull since the option has come up in every conversation with those two since the relationship began.

Those show up when you hover over certain dialogue choices.  You have to have it turned on in options I think though. 

 

And yes, if you are in a romance with one character and try to start a romance with someone else they will mention you being with someone already.

When I read the title of the thread I laughed my butt of assuming the worse. I was quite happy to see that I was wrong in assuming that this was something else.
