Where can i find purple schematics?

There are no purple schematics, only purple unique premade items. All schematics are either beige (normal) or orangy (masterwork + superior). If you're talking about the masterwork and superior scematics, then you can either find them by looting or buy (superiors) from the merchants with the Short List -perk.
