I redeemed my promo codes and was in the process of downloading my files. Due to unforseen circumstances, namely my 2 year old, my computer was restarted before my DL's were finished. Is there anyway to redownload those? When I logged back into my account, it did not say I could anywhere. Nor would it reaccept my promo code. So is there any hope or am I SOL for the extra crap I paid for.
