I have about 70+ hours of playtime in my game, and I just came to the quest Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts, I believe. The problem is, i've encountered a bug that causes all of my unequipped items to disappear as soon as I load into a new area. I've tried all of my saved games, and none of them seem to be far enough back to prevent the bug. I can no longer keep any new items. Found a forum thread on EA answer HQ  where others are having the same exact problem at the same point in the game. I contacted EA support and they said it sounds like a corruption issue but they don't know of any fix for it. 

 

In the Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts mission, all of your equipment gets unequipped, and that means everything you have gets erased, and you can't acquire anything new after that because it all vanishes. 

 

It's absolutely game-breaking.

 

I was told I may just have to delete the saves and start again. There is no way that I will replay 70 hours, especially with no guarantee that the same bug won't happen again. As of right now, it kind of seems to me that my only option is to sell the game and forget about it. If anyone has any info on a fix or possibly an upcoming patch, I would love to know. I would really like to finish the game, but its unfortunately not possible. I appreciate any help on this.

While not the exact same problem, I have 100+ hours logged in this game and just realized that my files are corrupted or I have encountered a bug where every time I fast travel or leave an area, one of my weapons disappears. I tested it with weapons that I looted from chests and from crafted weapons and it affects both. So basically I'm stuck with the items that I hold now for the rest of the game...

I have no idea what to do. I'm so frustrated that I put so much time into this game and now I'm faced with a game-breaking bug that really took all the steam out of my play through. There is no way that I am going to start a new campaign. I just hope they are able to fix this problem or else I've wasted 40+ dollars on this game.

I feel the exact same way. I'm so completely frustrated with the situation. There really is no reason to keep the game anymore, like you said, there's no way I'd go back and play again. It totally sucks. One of the worst bugs i've ever experienced in a game on any platform. Wish i could have just finished the game :/
