only mission left labeled priority is RANNOCH [perseus veil]

 

can't get thru it, can i pick up anymore mayn missions or do i have to play thru rannoch

If there are no other missions left, then yes you will have to play Priority: Rannoch (Geth Base) to continue the game.

 

What do you mean by "can't get thru it"? Do you mean you have a hard time beating the mission, or do you mean it will not start, or something else?

If you have any of the dlc's, those can be completed  and like what RedCaesar97 said above, there is no way to avoid Priority Rannoch mission
