The risk of public backlash at useing a cure that causes amnesia, loss of biotic powers, and skin turning white. Society is wierd like that. "A cure for cancer great!" "It'll give the user amnesia, lynch the doc that made it!"
These side effects are unintentional and the cure is given voluntarily correct? I believe there would be no public backlash whatsoever.

In an ideal world, yes. There are always the vocal a-holes like I mentioned, and unfortunately they are often thought of before the people the cure may help. They can be a real hinderance because they don't have the illness or are affraid of the side effect so they try to prevent those who are willing to accept the side effects of a cure from getting it.

well i'm sure in the future, we get to see one.. we've seen a female turian in the last game, and they look hot lol! although i'm not so sure about female drell's boobies, coz you know female human just evolves in a different way hehehe.. I even think that most alien race in Mass Effect Universe don't find boobies attractive as much as human race.. but female drell is a must, it's interesting to see one..
