Guys.. I am just before "Doom upon all the world", and I have finished all quests/areas/shards etc.

Except a quest in Crestwood about bandits, because I cannot find a single bandit, and I have tried going there, reloading, fast traveling, restarting the game and trying again.. Nada.

Then I started noticing that even in other areas, nothing seems to spawn! There are no more things to kill.
Wanted to farm some great bears in Hinterlands, Emprise or Emerald Graves, none to be found.

Went to Exalted Plains, which is usually filled with wolves roaming around.. nothing.
Went to Hissing Wastes, after galopping all around for 20 minutes I found 1 August Ram.. and nothing after that.
It's like a desert out there (literally and metaphorically).

Is this normal or is my game acting up? I wanted to farm some stuff, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen..
It's not a major problem but not having the bandits annoys me, and I wanted to farm stuff for whenever patch 5 will come.

Has anyone (animals included) decided to go to the Temple of Sacred Ashes to fight Cory?  
Is my only solution really to reload a save before the Temple of Mythal?

I've not encountered that. Spawns are minimal at that point, but you've cleared all areas so, just a few randoms. Still he bandits should spawn for the quest. Might need to repair the game.
