:o

Okay so clearly there are individuals who are misguided when it comes to their views on LGBT's.

Since I myself am ignorant, I was wondering if there are any websites where I can enlighten myself on LGBT issues and struggles.

It seems a shame to have zero understanding of a giant chunk of the world population.

This isn't a bad place to start:  http://www.glaad.org/

Not on Tumblr, they can't. Straight people (especially straight white people) get booted off Tumblr for being straight.

Well thank goodness this isn't Tumblr then.

We should all be proud of who we are.

Okay I can't resist. Must show video that demonstrates point.

I haven't seen any Lord Surinen's posts other than the ones on this thread.
I must say, I am not impressed.

Cutting off a "disobedient woman" fingers who looks at other men comes to mind, something he believes is right

I know of plenty of straight people on Tumblr who haven't been banned. Hell, I've got an account (I don't use it much, but they haven't cut me off).

Not yet ;) lol

Out of curiosity I checked the forum rules. Look what I found:

There's at least three people in this thread violating that rule.

Let's not mistake acceptance with tolerance. I'm a tolerant person and people who support OP's idea also seem to be.

I'm not knocking on your message, as the song is a positive one.

I can ruin that song for you really fast.  Next time you watch it, start singing the words to "Express Yourself" by Madonna in time with Lady Gaga's tempo.  Yeah, Ms. Gaga got sued for that one.

Yes, some males find the most grotesque of things, attractive.

yes, nose, lips, jaw, chin

First youre judgemental about what others find attractive. Following that, all you find attractive in people are their features? Wow, pretty sure you wont end up in a relationship with that view

I'm far from fascinating and I do not appreciate 'specimen' string. I'm just a simple man who cares for healthy development - in general.

Am I to take it that you consider non-heterosexuality as unhealthy, then?

No, I have never said such a thing. Please, don't spread sensations where are none.

No problem.  I'm sure other members of the LGBT gamers on here could probably give you more resources.  Also, you've always been one of the nicer posters around here.  Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.  Bare in mind, I'm still kind of learning too.  For example, the differences between bisexual and pansexual have been hotly debated for various reasons, so I get a little confused on those terms myself.

I have right to express my opinion about canons of beauty and those who are lost past its borders.

Of course not. I don't want  you to take it.

Well not very, one may a well ask why such attraction to virginity, although I gather the answer will be "assessment of power". (to which one may as well pull the proverbial psychologist's chair)

"Purity", in his own words. He's never explained it in clear terms thus far what "purity" actually entails.

Given who we're talking about though, I just assume he's a member of the Super Adventure Club, as seen on South Park.

I have never called you or people like yourself in this way. Creative.

Your joking right? you've spent most of this thread talking about how being LGBT is "not the right way to live" & how it should be hidden or fixed

Not "booted off" as in banned, but booted off as in shunned.

I'm not sure what you mean.

Oh he's calmed down some.  You missed the threads where he thinks that changing sexuality via blood magic was a useful idea introduced into the lore, and one the player should able to do to all LGBT characters.

O_____O

Not if they have a self-diagnosed mental illness or identify as animal-kin.

Seriously that's a thing? Granted I typically stay in my corner of tumblr universe, but I always thought that tumblr's format would not allow much drama

Given the context of what is being discussed, this is a far funnier line than it was probably intended as.

Right? Sure, free speech and all that. What you don't have is a right to blatantly insult a group of people over and over. Sure, some of the LGBT can be jerks, but thats  thats a statement that could be applied to any group. One of my best friends is ace, antoher is bi. They have the right to hodl their own opinions, but they dont hurt people with them
