This are some of my ideas regarding METrilogy and ME4. Some of them may already be mentioned by others, some no. I hope you share others so Bioware take them into consideration.
MASS EFFECT TRILOGY REMAKE BRAINSTORM
- Update ME1 and ME2 to ME3 and unite them as one single game. No only unite the game in mechanic way but the whole world. One example, Citadel should basically have the same basic structure all along, adding some areas or modifying them. Example Fist's Club from ME1 should physically in exist in 3 games but modified; for example in ME2 it was a small club under repair after Saren's attack, and on ME3 it was taken by Aria and redecorated to be her club.
- Landable main planets like Palaven, where we could explore their main city and learn more about them.
- Make bigger explorable areas. Citadel and other important cities should be bigger. Citadel should be more open game type with many activities to do. I would like to go to a movie and watch the Blasto 6 Partners in Crime movie!!!
- The same way we had a peaceful area to explore like Citadel, it would be great if we could visit Palaven and many other capital cities from other planets and learn more about them.
- Add more female aliens as well as their childs, teenagers and elders.
- Add more creatures, small, big and giants.
- Fix female turian/cabal jirafee neck???
- Update ME1. Was a great game, but once someone plays ME2, ME1 feels SO outdated. Like side missions, ME1's side missions feels so LAZY: Exploring color swapped wastelands(planets) with swapped background image, with different geography; or breaking into the same bases with different objects decoration; or going into boring uninteresting caves. Make ME1's sidequest as interesting as those in ME2 and ME3.
- Update ME1 skill system and combat. But take from ME1 to ME2 and ME3 the crouch, and reticle; getting bigger or smaller showing with more presicion the accuracy and how is affected by shooting from waist, aiming, recoil and shooting while crouched. Also crouching could be use to decrease being spotted by enemy and sneak in.
- All DLCs from original trilogy included for free or lower price. Therefore you have to create new DLC to expand MET.
- People LOVE appearances from other games(so much they hack textures). EA is a big family. Dead Space is Mass Effect's direct cousin. Make a DLC of Dead Space with its own mission with recruitable Isaac(Engineer), having available new weapons, fighting Necromorphs, Dead Space armor for Shepard, Isaac character and Necromorph faction for multiplayer. This could even serve as advertising if EA is considering a DeadSpace Trilogy remake in future...
- You already gave us playable Joker... give us playable Normandy, not only while exploring universe but FIGHTING! Playable spaceship battles. Spaceship battles could be also a new mode on Multiplayer.

MASS EFFECT 4 BRAINSTORM
- Ive heard ME4 wont continue ME storyline, PLEASE NOT ANOTHER PREQUEL, NO MORE PREQUELS(as well as zombies, vampires, werewolves and everything "teen" related) thats the lamest way to milk dry the already milked and dried cow :S
Side histories would work better: MassEffect has so many background histories and lore, what about making MassEffect being all about that? Also would be more much more original and deep than prequel.
ME4 could be about the galactic conficts since the discovery of the Citadel in Quests or Chapters format. ME4 could take us from the Rachni wars to Reaper wars(ME3). Player could choose from council races(Asari, Salarian, Turian and their classes) to fight Rachni enemy faction, then in next chapter player chooses from Krogan fighters squad(Krogan Shaman, Soldier, Sentinel, Vanguard)... and take us to ME3 ending, fighting against the Reapers using all character classes for the final fight on Earth. Maybe even playable Anderson in those chapters
ME4 could also have chapters about the other main characters, like playing as Anderson or Saren when they do their mission, or Tali when she gets the data that proves Saren's guilty, or playing as "Archangel" when he fights Blue Suns, Blood Pack and Eclipse in Omega, or Wrex fighting his way to leadership in Tuchanka. Or about the relee incident between humans and turians. Or having the Batarians fight Reaper invasion. Ex Cerberus agents(Phoenix) fighting their way out from Illusive Man, fighting against Cerberus faction. We could even have a Chapter about the fight in Torfan where we have a masked N7 soldier with his/her platoon fighting against Batarians who may be Shepard(with helmet). Only that chapter would work as some kind of prequel, not the whole game.
The things is that there is SO MUCH INTERESTING HISTORY, LORE AND CONTENT in ME to create game based on that, wont waste on another unoriginal cliche prequel
- Being that way, ME4 woud work better as an improved and evolved form of the ME3's Multiplayer. Depending on the chapter, players can choose the available characters for that mission. Host player could choose main characters, for example in Archangel chapter only the host player is forced to play as him, while the rest can choose from Archangel's partners.
Apart from the history chapters, players could still go into non history missions, where they are free to choose from all the characters that have been unlocked. Main characters like Garrus wouldnt be available outside their history missions but could instead unlock a class having all his skills, player could buy and equip armor and make that character look the same/similar to Garrus(even selecting scars from appearance).
- Quest and Missions can be done single player, dont force it to be multiplayer.
- ME3's Mulitplayer was a great try. Expand that, improve that. Destiny(I dont like it) has sold well, but a ME4 based on multiplayer gameplay with a even better versus multiplayer would be GREATER.

ME4 GAMEPLAY AND MULTIPLAYER BRAINSTORM
- Flamer should not be a power anymore, should be a weapon like Reagar Carbine, make it just a flamethrower and use ammo.
- You gave prothean weapons, give us prothean soldier. Give also Blasto Jellyfish Specter and his partner the Elcor!!! At least as joke characters(joke powers XD).
- The same way there are weapons, accesories and equipment, give different armor pieces(visible on character) with bonus to characters and slots for accesories.
- Make running be possible, not only to the front but in 4 directions, front(done) sides and back(this would work also as a 180 turn). Camera turning fast into the directon the player is running.
- Jumping objects when in cover should be possible in any direction as long as player press the analog in the direcion of the object to be jumped.
- Give more specification and details to all weapons, like ammo(numbers) per clip, recoil, fire type, stoping power, optimal distance, ect.
- The aiming system from ME1 I think its better than ME2 and ME3 because it detailed how much the recoil affected aiming by getting bigger, or how much aiming equipment improved aiming by being a smaller reticle. Also crouching should be re-added since it was very usefull as another type of cover and to improve aiming. Could be useful for sneaking too.
- New power, Crush, being the opposite to Lift. Crush would create a strong gravity force making the target so heavy that unprotected ones are crushed to ground as if a heavy object would have fallen on them, while protected ones would walk slowy as if carrying a heavy object upon their shoulders.
- Improve Power Combos. Some powers when comboed could have specifc or improved effects, while others just a mere power explosion. Using Crush on a Lifted target could heavily smash target to the ground. Incinerating a frozen target or freezing a burning target could weaken the target even more than just incinerating or freezing, but it would lose the burning or freeze status.
- Add bosses.
