Hi, the title says it all really but let me expand.
Conrad is like a personal touch from the dev team to the game and a running joke in the series (unless you let him die...)
OK maybe he can't make an appearance in another ME game but atleast consider a standin, until his wife pays for his ticket off the citadel and into the future/alternate reality or whatever the next game is like.
Leave any other suggestions for the little guys in the series that nobody seems to mention anymore here 
He never had a wife and he could be dead or avoided in ME1

A world where Conrad Verner is mistaken for a hero trained by Shepard himself, complete with his own movie franchise and playable Conrad Verner minigame in the arcade.
This is what i want for ME:Next.
We could have a beacon VI like Shepards VI or time capsule for him like prothy the prothean. The bad dream could be a good way to get him back too, change the universe so Conrad can be in it.
As for the refund guy, im pretty sure my Paragon Shepard wanted to employ him as a human shield against the reaper death ray. Look very closely on Rannoch, you can see him being burned by the beam.
Also, if a dev reads this, please cure Shepards case of Scale Itch, he/she can only blame poor Kelly so much for that.

Or Shepard blows up the crucible, Conrad jumps into the green beam, and Anderson somehow survives and takes control of the Reapers.

I feel the same. ME3 already bordered on overkill on referencing previous games. I don't want even a minor, comical character like Conrad to reappear just for the sake of continuing a running joke. It'd just be like every calibrations joke in ME3 let's have a clean slate with new characters that can lay the foundation for new inside jokes. Let a new Cycle commence!

His first night with Jenna would be hilarious.

It was a good way to let Conrad and Jenna finish in the ME3 story. My Shepard was after little blue babies (did Liara and that moment before the boss fight make babies?), those blue babies will be haunted by the spawn of Conrad.

Conrad was out of credits so he volunteered for a scientific study. What he didn't know was the study was on cryogenic freezing. ta da! Conrad Verner alive and well.
I'd laugh if I saw Conrad's son in some hub and he was wearing an N7 tee-shirt (exists if survives and he gets with Jenna).
