Got DA:O for Christmas & finally decided to attempt to redeem the codes for Shale & the Blood Dragon Armour.

3 hours later & I'm still no closer to being done.

I loaded the game & selected Downloadable Content as advised on the card I got in the game box.
Had to create an account so I did that. At the end of that process it said the servers weren't available and to try again later.
I tried again & it told me my email address already existed, but whenever I try to log in I get the message "Try Again" I double checked my EA Master Account & my gamertag is linked to it & the password it correct.

Came to this website to see if I could enter the codes here, hoping that since this account is linked to my Live account, maybe I could get the DLC that way.
It accepted the codes I put in, but nothing is different in-game.
I talked to the Stone Prisoner DLC guy in Sulcher's Pass & it told me to exit to the main menu to access DLC.

Did that, and was told I had to log in to access DLC. No DLC was listed in-game, but on this site it shows that I have the armour & the Stone Prisoner DLC for my gamertag.
Tried once again to log in in-game but keep getting the message "Try Again"
That's a little vague...what's the issue here?
